When will my order arrive?
Orders will close on July 17, 2026, and may be shipped out mid-August after I'm done my events.
Approximate shipping times:
- Canada: 1-2 weeks
- USA: 3-5 weeks
- International: 1-2 months
Does my order include tracking?
All orders include tracking with these important exceptions:
- Sticker/paper-only orders (sent via lettermail)
- Small Canadian orders (eg. pins or charms that are sent as lettermail)
- International packages that are sent through Canada Post (small air or surface)
Based in the EU or UK?
We can ship to you from this store! But please note since duties/VAT are not collected beforehand, you will need to pay them upon arrival of your package.
Refund & return policy
Refunds can be given only if the order has not shipped yet. If it has shipped, I cannot provide a refund.
Returns are not usually accepted. If you are concerned with the state of your order please contact me and I'll see what I can do.
