When will my order arrive?
Orders plave during Frog Con 2025 will likely be shipped in November 2025. Please note that any orders sent by lettermail will not receive tracking numbers; however all other orders will come with tracking.
Shipping times: The Canada Post strike US tariffs and may cause delays depending on your location and selected shipping.
- Canada: 1-2 weeks
- USA: 3-5 weeks
- International: 1-2 months
Does my order include tracking?
All orders include tracking with these important exceptions. I apologize I cannot afford tracking on these items as they are sent by lettermail:
- Sticker/paper-only orders
- Small Canadian orders (eg. pins or charms that are sent as lettermail)
- International packages that are sent through Canada Post (small air or surface)
Based in the EU or UK?
We can ship to you from this store! But please note since duties/VAT are not collected beforehand, you will need to pay them upon arrival of your package.
Refund & return policy
Refunds can be given only if the order has not shipped yet. If it has shipped, I cannot provide a refund.
Returns are not usually accepted. If you are concerned with the state of your order please contact me and I'll see what I can do.
