Canada Post strike

The Canada Post strike will only affect some orders for within Canada, since we use a different shipping service to the US and abroad. If your order needs to use Canada Post for shipping, it will be held until the strike is over to prevent it from (potentially) getting lost in the mail. 

You may be affected if you live in Canada and:

• You use a PO Box for shipping, or
• You live in a rural or remote area
• You choose the lettermail shipping option

If you live in an apartment or anywhere that requires the parcel to go through a concierge, please make sure to include your phone number, and buzzer code.

You will not be affected if:

• You do not live in Canada and do not use lettermail for shipping
• You live in an urban (non remote) area in Canada and do not use lettermail for shipping
